Carbon Valley was born the way most good things are — from a genuine passion for cars and a desire to do something better than what was already out there. What started as a hobby project in Wheeling, Illinois, slowly turned into a real business, driven by one simple idea: even the smallest detail on your vehicle should reflect who you are.

We design and produce custom license plate frames for drivers, businesses, and dealerships across the United States. Our frames are injection-molded from high-quality ABS plastic using a custom-designed mold developed in-house — ensuring precise geometry, lasting strength, and a clean glossy finish that holds up through daily road conditions, car washes, and extreme temperatures.

What sets our frames apart is how we approach customization. The text, logos, and graphics on each frame are applied using reverse UV printing on professional-grade equipment — giving us sharp detail, vibrant results, and a finish that won’t fade or peel over time. Our LED frames take things a step further. Each illuminated frame comes with built-in overvoltage and reverse polarity protection, so installation is safe and straightforward.
