    Everything you need to know before placing your order

    How do I place an order and what information do I need?

    Placing an order is simple. Fill out the order form on the frame category page and include the following: your name and contact details, the text you'd like on the top and bottom of the frame, quantity, and whether you'd like LED or standard. You can also attach a reference image or logo directly in the form. Once we receive your request, our manager will reach out to confirm all the details before production begins.

    Can I upload my own logo, image, or custom text?

    Yes, absolutely. You can attach your logo or reference image directly in the order form. If you prefer, you can also send it to us via email or messenger after submitting your request — our manager will guide you through the process.

    Can I see a preview before production starts?

    Yes. For every order, we prepare a visual mockup and send it to you for approval before production begins. For fully custom designs, we may offer a few layout variations to choose from so you get exactly what you want.

    What is the difference between LED and standard frames?

    Standard frames look great during the day — clean, glossy black finish with sharp printed text or graphics. LED frames take it further: at night, the text and logos on the frame light up, drawing attention to your vehicle. It's a great way to stand out on the road and even promote your business — imagine a plumber's frame with his number glowing at a red light. Real results, real visibility.

    Are LED frames legal, safe, and easy to install?

    We ship LED frames across all 50 states and have never received any reports of legal issues. As for installation — it's straightforward and non-invasive. The LED module connects using special connectors that require no wire cutting. The system also includes built-in overvoltage and reverse polarity protection, so your vehicle's electrical system stays completely safe.

    Will the frame fit my vehicle and license plate?

    Yes. Our frames are designed to fit all standard US license plates sized 12×6 inches — which covers virtually every vehicle registered in the United States.

    What materials are your frames made from?

    Our frames are injection-molded from high-quality ABS plastic using a custom in-house mold. The result is a glossy black finish with precise geometry and lasting durability. Text, logos, and graphics are applied using reverse UV printing on professional equipment for sharp, fade-resistant results.

    How long does production and shipping take?

    Standard frames that are in stock ship within 1–2 business days. Custom orders typically take up to 5 business days depending on complexity and current workload. Shipping time varies by location across the US.

    What payment methods do you accept, and what is your warranty policy?

    We require a 50% deposit after your design is approved, with the remaining balance due before shipping. Full prepayment is also accepted. As for returns — we stand behind the quality of our work. If there is a manufacturing defect or the frame does not match the approved design, we will remake or replace it at no cost. Please note that custom-made products cannot be returned due to a change of mind, as each frame is produced specifically for your order.

    Do you work with dealerships, resellers, or bulk orders?
